We will never share any of the customer's personal information with any third party, unless it has already been agreed with the customer that we may pass on this information. This includes the customer's email address, payment information, business policies etc. All private information will be stored within our secure database system, to which only a few key individuals at TopTenSearch have access. We respect all our customers' privacy and will always ensure that all private information is treated with the upmost respect. At TopTenSearch.net we make data protection and client security a priority at all times. The only information we will hold on persons will be information sent to us from persons electronically and verbally over the telephone and through postal services - this information can be from a call made by us, or by a call that is made to us. Third party providers linked to by our site may collect information. We have no control over this.

Information - How We Use It
We gather this information to enable us to provide you with a product or service. The relevant information is also used by us, to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of products or services or in general, for example by direct mail. We may also wish to provide you with information about special features on our website or any other service or product we think may be of interest to you. We will not share your email address with any third party.
Agreements With Our Customers
Our agreements and contracts are all made verbally by phone. By paying for a service you are accepting that you have read and understood our terms and conditions set out. Our agreements are not subject to a cooling off period.
Your agreement with us runs for 12 months from the date paid. We will then contact you in the 11th month and see if you wish to extend your contract - you will be under no obligation to extend.
When we call you to renew your services you may serve notice with the customer advisor that you speak to that you do not wish to renew. If the account is cancelled then we require our work and wording that we have done for your website to be removed within 30 days of the expiry date - this includes all work that we have asked your website programmer or design agency to do on our behalf for you as our customer. In some or certain cases for new advertisers or amendments to existing keywords we will or may require the sites "FTP" user name and passwords or the administration / password for the site to gain access to add in keywords and if required any search engine optimisation work in order to obtain rankings on the search engines. Your website will always be registered to our directories in order to achieve and create the rankings.
Work on your website, if required, will be carried out in a ticketing system after receiving your passwords / control panel password etc.
By TopTenSearch.net achieving a front page ranking on a major search engine for at least one of your phrases / keywords given to us - then we have achieved the rankings and our service is fulfilled - this is either by listing on the first page under a natural ranking or by a sponsored link. We will however aim to get all of the keywords / phrases that you have provided us on the front page of the search engines and online business directories.
Our guarantee is based on results displayed on one of these search engines - Google.co.uk - Yahoo.co.uk - MSN.co.uk - Bing.com
Refund Policy
If we do not achieve to satisfy the objectives laid out in the above paragaraph, and achieve a top ten search engine ranking for our customer on any of the search engines outlined above, then we will offer a full refund to that customer.
Delivery Policy
Once ranking in the search engines has been achieved, we will email or phone the customer with the relevant links so that these rankings can be checked over to ensure they satisfy the customers' requirements. We always aim to have the customer ranking within 28 days of payment being received, although this may differ slightly on some occasions as we are also dependent on when the search engines come around to index each of the sites / pages we build.
Sale Of Business
If the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business and your agreement with TopTenSearch.net Ltd will still stand.
